工作职责
● Achieving sales target through drug store or end user education 实现销售指标;
● Establishing sales plan and scheduling own activities to implement sales plan in the field that include developing visiting agenda so that these targets are met 建立并通过各项活动和拜访来执行销售计划;
● Being in charge of monitor / manage pricing among clients 控制预算;
● Executing product education to drugstore keepers by assessing customer needs and suggesting appropriate products and services when visiting existing and new customers 在拜访消费者时对药店人员进行产品培训;
● Identifying, researching and contacting prospective customers and building positive relationships that will generate future sales and repeat business 与客户保持良好的关系;
● Referring sales leads, customer feedback, and information on competitor activity to appropriate contacts within the organization so that they can respond to changing market conditions and customer demands 及时反馈市场信息给各类部门来调整各项策略;
● Being good at driving / delivery client education independently. 能够独立 的进行客户沟通及店员教
任职要求
● Education level: higher than college degree 大专以上文化程度
● Being good at leading, oral and writing skill, communication and solving problems 良好的领导能力,口头和书面表达能力,沟通能力,解决问题能 力。
● Being integrity and positive 为人正直,积极向上
● Relevant working experience in OTC or FMCG in MNC of retailor industry 在OTC行业或者跨国零售业的快消行业的相关工作经验
● At least 1 year, typically in charge of 100 drugstore mgmt. 至少一年,***管理过100家药店。
